Over the last 10 years working as a personal trainer in both my home country, England, and now in Göteborg, I have seen time and time again that being stronger is one of the most important things we can do for our health, athletic performance and wellbeing.

Everything we do with our bodies requires strength. The stronger you are, therefore, the better you are at doing things with your body. And the best way to get stronger, is to train with barbells.

I will teach you how to safely and correctly lift with barbells. Create custom programs for you to keep improving your strength. And ultimately, bring you to a level of strength and experience where you will no longer need a PT.
